Shri Basavantarao Bullappa Mamale Desai High School Shiggaon.

In 1946 the school is named as Gajanana Anglo-Vernacular came into existence. At starting there were only 8 students in Total among which 3 were girls and 5 were boys.The School Has completed its 60 years of diamond jubilee celebration. In 1963 the school was named as Shri Basavantarao Bullappa Mamale Desai High School Shiggaon. In 1984 to till today the school is entitled with the nameShri Basavantarao Bullappa Mamale Desai Composite Pre University College Shiggaon The primary section of the school is named as Shiggaon Taaluka Shikshana Samiti's Primary School Shiggaon

About the school

The school has been divided its administration in three sections that is Primary section, high school section and the Pre university section(Arts and Commerce).The school library has been donated by Mrs.Sudha Murty hence has very good quality and quantity of books for the welfare of the students.

The adhamya foundation hubballi has donated the daily lunch acility for the students in the school. This app is to bring this schools existence to the Society..
