3.Determination of Violations:

3.1. You authorize and agree that the activity organizer has the right to determine whether users have engaged in the aforementioned violations through a risk control system. The organizer has the right to conduct a comprehensive analysis and evaluation based on user registration/login information, user behavior, industry practices in the internet field, common sense, and other big data, and take one or more violation handling measures:

3.1.1. Automatically intercept violations or block related information.

3.1.2. Restrict or cancel the user's activity qualification.

3.1.3. Refuse to issue rewards or reclaim rewards already claimed by the user.

3.1.4. Adjust the rewards to other forms.

3.1.5. Revoke related activity rewards.

3.1.6. Other measures taken by the activity organizer to maintain activity order, prevent losses, or based on relevant agreements/rules.

3.2. Please understand that the aforementioned risk control system will change with the development of the activity, the evolution of rules, and the increase and change of user anomalies. Users accept and acknowledge the analysis and determination of their behavior by the risk control system.
