Centered around earth and environmental science education, Science Scene is a quarterly magazine and a community Facebook page where educators can obtain and share new ideas and methods that can help keep learning fun and exciting. Compiled and edited by Forestry Suppliers’ Education Specialist Debbie Raddin, Science Scene is available for free on Android tablets. Each quarterly issue will feature relevant environmental topics and their proper application, and will be presented in a format that expresses a strong scientific method, interwoven with STEM and Next Generation Science Standards foundations, plus related grant and science program opportunities and services for science educators. Between quarters, Science Scene hosts a dedicated Facebook page to encourage new dialog, and keep the ideas and exchange flowing. We invite you to share your ideas and experiences with colleagues around the globe about the things that work well for you in your classroom.
