• If All Calls Recorder is not receiving phone calls, power-off and restart your phone then try once again. If the previous step does not work, the device does not support it.

• The application is only offered for devices with Android system.

• Make sure that you have the latest Android edition.

• You can change the record registration format if the Mp3 one is not functioning.

• You can save any registered call in a memory card or device.

• If this error message appears, “msg_create_file_error” check if it is in the device´s memory or the memory card. After that, change the path of the folder where recordings go to. To do that go to the settings menu, logging path, then edit it properly.

• It´s preferable to turn on the phone´s speaker if the sound is low. This will guarantee a better quality.
