Server are too busy PUBG Mobile down?

News have confirmed that their popular Battle Royale title is going offline for a while.

The game is now offline for three hours as the development team push a new build of the game to live servers.

“Mobile players, there will be a 3 hour maintenance period on our live servers starting at Apr 4 7PM PDT / Apr 5 4AM CEST / Apr 5 11AM KST. We will be moving our current test build over to live.”

This means that the game will be back online at around 6am in the UK, with players in the United States missing out on some prime game time.

It should be noted that the PUBG servers could be back online before the scheduled time, depending on how well maintenance goes.

This newest PUBG update is focused on fixing some problems introduced with an earlier update, as well as add new spectator options on mobile.

This will include players being able to spectate their killer by clicking the “watch” button on their match result screen.

PUBG Mobile appears to be down right now for the hundreds of smartphone PlayerUnknown Battlegrounds players.

There's been a sharp increase in reports of server issues for the popular iOS and Android app with Independent website Down Detector registering hundreds reports inn the last hour.

The outage tracker monitors social mentions around certain topics to detect when services go down across the world.

Out of those affected, some 75 per cent were having server issues while 20 per cent were having login issues.

As of right now, Down Detector is showing issues mainly for users in the UK and Europe with small pockets in the US as well.

As you might imagine, PUBG users have taken to social networking sites, to complain in their droves at the game going down.
