Completion Status:

Once all units in a building are inspected, it is marked 100% complete – even when there are units marked as "No Entry.” We’ve also added the ability for inspectors to see “No Entry” reasons at-a-glance in the unit walk list (e.g. dog, no key, etc). After conducting usability testing with some of our power users, we made this change to eliminate confusion about the total walk status.

Inspection Summary:

Check the status of your team’s DD walk anytime, anywhere, with our new inspection summary screen. Click on “View Details” from main inspection screen to see how much progress has been made, along with a tab that shows a list of No Entry units. This feature helps your team make more informed decisions about how to prioritize time and resources for remaining units.

Exterior Inspection Redesign:

We gathered direct customer feedback on the exterior inspection experience and have responded by changing the user experience of the exterior inspections to look, feel, and operate like our interior inspections. This saves your team time in the field as they are able to proceed intuitively through all spaces and checklists in the due diligence inspection.
