Singhasan Battisi is a famous Indian folk literary work, based on the story of the throne of King Vikramaditya, which has 32 statues of angels on it.

In the same manner, one after another, the angels tell a story related to a quality and fly away. Thus, all the angels fly away after making the king realize that he does not possess the qualities to make him eligible even to sit on this throne.
