Sky Island Survival

Increased the size of the game world, added 4 new islands;
Doors!;
To travel between islands now you need to repair bridges;
To power the forge and campfire, now you need fuel (everything that burns);
Added item names to inventory and craft menu;
Craft time changed for different items;
A dialog for selecting the number of dragged items was added to the container menu;
Fixed a bug where items in containers were not saved correctly;
More minor bug fixes.
