Fixed problem with timing (Please let me know how it works by email).
New wires manager.
Circuit not saved warning added.
Added tutorials for all gates, outputs, and some other components.
Added tutorial for Integrated Circuit (Icon on the top bar).
Fixed rotate bug.
From now VIEW mode is default mode when you open a circuit.
Fixed center button (now it goes to center not to 0 0 coordinate).
New Notification LED icon.
