Why stare at the Sun? Solar Max displays near realtime image data from the NASA/ESA Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO) and Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO) spacecrafts downloaded directly to your Android device.

Solar Max feature high resolution images from six from the SOHO satellite's sensors and three from SDO that observe the sun around the clock in various wavelengths.

Solar Max Lite is limited to displaying the most recent selected images from SOHO and SDO spacecraft. The full version gives you access to the full range of space craft images, including all of SDO and STEREO, and the ability to time lapse animate SOHO images.
