The Someshwar Agro-Rice Mill, a local Rice Processing Factory was looking to automate their factory processes and Inventory Management. As, everything was managed on paper from purchase to sales entry. They wanted to automate the entire process by having android tablets to do the concerned job of managing inventory.

A system where the basic raw materials were manually calculated at the end of a certain time period by the staff. They checked the inventory levels for determining if they were below the threshold level, then orders were processed to the vendors .This sort of system not only left a lot of room for human error, but was also incredibly time consuming. The lack of a centralized database also created an issue when it comes to keeping track of inventory levels as well as past trends in ingredient requirements. The system also relied on human intuition and guesswork to place the correct orders. So as to combat such challenges, they wanted to have an IoT inventory management solution.
