SSA Mobile for Android is back for 2013!

Changes:
- Full support for the 2012 - 2013 SSA schedule format
- More readable barcodes (Cindy, please forgive me.)
- Improved brightness toggle on barcode widget. Tap it once to turn it on, tap again to turn it off.
- A faster, snappier app experience.

Please send feedback! Without you, I won't know what's broken, what could be improved, or what brand new idea would make the app even better.
