Player to player shops and marketplace map.
A few new maps added to Vanaheim.
5th boss and 5th elemental crystal.
Some Quests designed to help new players get started. Quests button on top bar.

Fixed:
Unlocking Solar Panel processing didn't actually unlock it.
Reinforced plate upgrade cost.
Post boss-fight incoming messages not popping back up if you logout with one open.
Interact button sometimes not turning back on when it should.
Trades showing modules and ships as level 0.
