StickerApp: Telegram & LINE st

- A portion of users using certain phones reports not being able to see StickerApp from the "Open with" or "Send to" dialog. Sad that it is not so straight-forward to have an app in Android to simply open files with certain extensions. As a workaround, StickerApp can now open all files regardless of extension. This may confuse some users, but can help those who couldn't use StickerApp before.
