সূরা আর রহমান (আরবি: الرحمن) কুরআনের ৫৫ নম্বর সূরা; এর আয়াত অর্থাৎ বাক্য সংখ্যা ৭৮ এবং রূকু তথা অনুচ্ছেদ সংখ্যা ৩। সূরা আর রহমান মদীনায় অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে। এই সূরায় "অতএব, হে জ্বীন ও মানব জাতি, তোমরা তোমাদের রবের কোন কোন নিয়ামতকে অস্বীকার করবে?" আয়াতটি বারবার বলা হয়েছে।

এই সূরার শিরোনাম, যেটি সূরার প্রথম আয়াতে বলা হয়েছে যার অর্থ “পরম দয়াময় আল্লাহ”। এ সূরার মধ্যে প্রথম থেকে শেষ পর্যন্ত আল্লাহ তা’আলার রহমতের পরিচায়ক গুণাবলী ও তার বাস্তব ফলাফলের উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে।
