Swimming Pool Design Ideas

The pool is an artificial construction that is designed to be filled with water and used for swimming, diving, or other water activities. Private swimming pool is a status symbol for the owner, because it requires a lot of space and a huge maintenance costs.

In general, the pool can be categorized into two types of systems, namely:

• OVERFLOW SYSTEM

Swimming with this system is designed so that visible water overflows. So the water level can usually be aligned lip of the pool. Water that overflows are not discarded, but recirculated. The system must have a balance overflow tanks that serve as a reservoir that can happen overflow effect.

• SKIMMER SYSTEM BOX

If the location is not widely available, this system can be selected because there should be no gutter (channel) around the pond overflow, and does not require balance tank. The most obvious characteristics of this system is the water level is approximately 10cm below the lip of the pool (no overflow)
