The Synchrony Global Diversity Network Symposium takes place annually during the summer. The event brings together over 500 employees, representing all 7 of our Diversity Networks, to explore how diverse perspectives and ideas fuel innovation to help our organization grow and thrive. The goal of the Symposium is to bring together diverse talent to provide transformational leadership training with the goal of creating change agents who will shape the future of the organization.
