1. Added Shift Exchange - the ability to send shifts to other locations.
2. Working with shifts from the Exchange for employees and administrators.
3. Improved Requests tab for administrators.
4. Added display of the priority of tags (skills) of employees.
5. The logic for constructing the Schedule has been changed - now the construction occurs according to Locations.
6. Changes in the display of shifts in the Schedule.
7. Added grouping of Open shifts.
8. Improved Shifts and Request Filters.
