Thalaiva is an application that provides a platform, where each leader gets to hear from his/her subjects' views in an instant chat format. Here they can debate, discuss, demand issues. If the person is satisfied, he/she can decide to continue to follow them or find another leader and follow. The leader who does not live up to the expectations of the followers will lose their followers instantly.

A leader can follow other leaders in return. Every leader will have a direct follower count and an indirect follower count. The count gives a sense of popularity of the leader.
