Major change to controls:
Jasper now stands still to launch toast. This should help make him more responsive, and can be used to quickly stop him when approaching the edge of a platform or spikes!

Stopped Jasper flickering when trying to run through a solid wall

Fixes to High Score entry (another https change I'd missed)
Dropdown selections for Initials didnt display characters on all devices (so I made them wider)
