Recognize your colleagues instantly with a mobile-friendly Cheers for Peers card

The TotalPRO Recognition app is for only users of the Total Performance Recognition Online platform from Dittman Incentive Marketing.

If you use a Company Rewards or Company "Values in Practice" website, which allows you to recognize your colleagues, receive points, and spend them in the online rewards mall, then it may be a TotalPRO platform.

The Recognition App allows you to search for a colleague by name, choose a reason for the recognition, award them points, and send them a personalized message. An email will be sent to the recipient, and they can view the award on the main Company Rewards website. The process is similar to sending a “Cheers for Peers” eCard or a Manager's Spot Award.
