1. Provide a firmware update to resolve a bluetooth compatibility issue which was involved in Android 6.0 and may still exists on some Android 6.0.1 phones.

After the firmware update, make sure your apps on other phones/tablets are also upgraded to the latest version, because old app can not connect to the devices with new firmware.
