TrackPlan app provides you with easy tracking your attendance in colleges and schools .It helps you to maintain perfect balance of your presents and absents .Just you need to do it is add your timetable.

To start using app:

• Click on add (+) button at bottom right corner and add the subject name and criteria for it. Criteria is the minimum percentage you require as per your college / school rules

• By clicking on subject you may add attendance by clicking on the dates required.

• Long click on subject to modify , reset or delete subject from attendance

• This screen shows subject name , total no. of presents , percentage in that subject

The increase / decrease icon helps you to keep the track as per your criteria

In second screen after clicking on subject:

• Click on date to add present / absent

• Long click on date to highlight/ add note

• Can add the facility of multiple attendance i.e. more than 1 present/absent for a

particular date

On the start screen , swipe from left to right to get extra menus that include:

• My Timetable : Manage your subject's timetable and the notifications accordingly

• Overall % : Calculates overall % of student across all subjects

• History : To see the record of dates on which you were present

• Sort : To easily view student attendance according to the sorting that includes sorting by name , presents , absents , and percentage

• Rearrange : To rearrange your subjects as per your wish (by dragging it to required position )

• Settings : It includes features :

✴ My Account : Allows you to create/change your personal details

✴ Resetting your data : Removes all presents / absents from all subjects

✴ Deleting your data :Removes all the subjects you added

✴ To add and view your different semesters / classes

✴ To enable / disable the feature of multiple presents / absents

✴ To enable / disable authentication / security at startup

✴ Set / Reset your password for TrackPlan app

✴ To enable / disable notifications on your mobile for giving attendance

✴ To set the notification time to set your attendance daily as per your convenience
