The public prosecution follows the penal case as representative of the community aiming at the achievement of justice. Although the public prosecution is seen as an opponent in the penal case, its litigation is unique, for being public, fair and honest. If it finds the defendant not guilty, it must claim his innocence. it may also object to a decision even if it were in favor of the accused.
