Ubridge is a gamification app dedicated to all Onshore Saipem E&C employees with a company account with the objective of connecting people worldwide, spreading a deeper awareness about our company and division organization and processes.

It is designed to boost the level of acquaintance among coworkers, foster collaboration by bridging the distance, thus closing the gap among us.

The bridge is the real element which, by definition, connects different places and entities. It is a mean that puts us in contact with each other and world that we would not know about otherwise.
