Dubbed the Glastonbury for chefs, ucff has moved around the country each year choosing quirky and foodcentric venues.

ucff provides chefs with a unique opportunity to get out of the kitchen and rub shoulders with local farmers, foragers, growers, and suppliers, in addition to networking with some of the industry's top insiders and colleagues.
