uHabit is a great way to start making new habits and breaking old ones!

uHabit is based on a habit forming system called Gamification. You reward yourself for doing the habits that you are trying to form. By setting up rewards that you are only allowed to claim if you complete your habits, you make those habits that you would not normally enjoy, ones that you are eager to do! It also punishes you for doing habits that you are trying to break.

When you complete habits that you are trying to form, you earn a certain coin amount that you set for that habit. In order to claim rewards, you have to spend your hard-earned coins on them. However, bad habits will subtract coins away from your total. By sticking to uHabit, you can form amazing habits and break seemingly unbreakable ones!
