More help with your PUK code. Your phone can become blocked in a number of ways - one of them is if you enter your SIM card PIN number incorrectly three times in a row. To unblock your SIM card, you will need to use something called a PUK (Personal Unblocking Key). Remember that unblocking is different to unlocking.

If your phone is asking for a PUK (Personal Unlocking Key) code, it means you need to unblock your SIM card and change the PIN. To retrieve your device's unique PUK code, select from the options below. You can then unblock and change the PIN on your device with the help of our device guides.
