Special Operations Fitness Test

The Upper Body Round Robin (UBRR) is a fitness test being used by U.S. Special Operations Forces to better access individual operator’s physical conditioning and combat readiness than the standard APFT. It consists of a series of 10 physical tests that must be done in order, with no more then 10 minutes of rest between each event. There is one common standard for all age groups and genders. An operator achieves a passing score by meeting the minimum score on all events and a total score of at least 1100 points. All test participants must weighted within 24-hours of the beginning of the test. All testing should be conducted under proper supervision and after a clearance by medical professions. This application is designed to aid in conducting and scoring the UBRR.
