* Display flight progress
* If callsign is not online stop the tracking - this saves bandwidth
* If no network is available notify and keep trying (requires new Permission)
* Preserve last callsign used

* Added and unit tested functionality to perform database upgrades. This should cover the currently deployed databased as well as the future database versions
