VDOHire is a unique sourcing, screening and selection platform for freshers that connects employers with job seekers who are freshers seeking their first job or are in the early stages of their careers. With VDOHire, the job seekers create their “Video Resume” and get the advantage of having their first interaction with the prospective employers from the comfort of their homes / hostels / their place of stay, through “asynchronous” video interview.
