Problem with prefering network before GPS, when GPS not available should be solved.

We added first beta version of location sharring. Position is sharred in period of 15 minutes based on network or GPS. History of sharing longer than 1 day will be available for free only during beta testing.

Known issues:
- on some device sharring activation takes several minutes
- if sharring is not starting try restart your device
