A search interface to help residents know the councillors in their Wards. Information was retrived from the IEC gazetted list of councillors published on August 15. www.elections.org.za/content/For-Voters/2016-Municipal-Elections---Gazetted-Councillors-(PDF)/
Leaverages the webapps implemented on code4sa.

Scrapes results from http://wards.code4sa.org and http://wardcandidates.code4sa.org which are also open source projects available from code4sa https://github.com/Code4SA/address2ward and https://github.com/Code4SA/who-are-you-voting-for respectively
Like the "who are you voting for" webapp this is also a quick and dirty proof of concept.
