- Added location cards. In the list of actions at a location, click on the action "Location details", and a card with information about this location will open.
- To change request resolution time, you can simply indicate the exact time before which the request should be resolved. The system will automatically calculate the corresponding SLA time.
- Now it’s easier to attach photos to a request. You can select multiple photos from the gallery at the same time.
