WebView Tester is a small.

You can enter a url and it'll load in a webview beneath.

The drawer has now shortcuts for the webview settings, so you are able turn them on or off and test your webview.

WebView Tester comes with a history function. Every url will be saved and can be revisited by a few clicks.
