Good times tools: Local businesses can offer loyalty rewards and e-gift cards and can provide good deals and good news at no cost. Community members can celebrate hometown heroes, add to the community's localancestry.com, connect with groups, and get deals from local businesses. (Uses recommended practices from National League of Cities).

Bad times tools: Report your status to the community and your contacts list, disaster plan for families, (business disaster plan is an add-on), protect family pictures (add-on), report special needs, find people and missing pets, forums to get and share information, connect with your organizations to share status and needs, report long-term plans and location, and more. (Uses recommended practices from FEMA)

Add-ons: HR Center for small businesses (accessible with app and online), private Business Disaster Plan to connect business with their employees, ProtectYourPics to protect your family pictures, ReadyConnect for businesses with multiple locations.
