Akimbo PT Fitness will customize your individual fitness plan. We create individual programs based on body type, lifestyle and goals. We specialize in muscle confusion training, which helps you lose weight and build lean muscle. Muscle confusion makes your body function better and burn calories naturally. Our customized programs incorporate a variety of equipment into your personal fitness plan: bands, kettle balls, punching bag and pads, MMA rope, tractor tire, rowing machines and more.

Akim Campbell is the owner and personal trainer at Akimbo PT Fitness. Akim has a degree in Sports Medicine from Cambridge Regional College in London, England. He has been in the fitness industry over 15 years. Akim’s professional experience includes Lead Personal Trainer at Gold’s Gym, Visual Fitness Plan Manager at Xperience Fitness, and Personal Trainer and Aerobic Kickboxing Instructor at Harlow Sports Centre in London, England. While at Harlow, Akim received an award for his involvement in KOBO, a program which incorporates kickboxing into aerobics. Akim is also certified in KOBO, StairMaster and BODYPUMP.
