In addition to compliance, your checklists will flow efficiently from driver to document control managers by emailing a PDF of the checklist that the driver fills out, eliminating paper work, delivery of hard copies, and any question of whether or not your checklists were filled out properly at the end of the shift.

Basic workings:

1. Driver opens app, fills out checklist for pre-trip.

2. Driver opens app, finishes filling out checklist for post-trip

3. Driver taps "send" button, which emails the checklist to a pre-determined email address

4. Manager opens PDF of checklist in email, which is already named and dated accordingly

5. Any problems are immediately identified because defects are noted in email subject line and red flagged
