Ergo Mobile Service offers the possibility of creating and completing customer service operations directly on site at the customer's site using a smartphone or tablet. Not only can individual employees' working times be booked, but the APP also makes it possible to record the materials used during the deployment, the kilometers to be billed, and the driving hours on the deployment report and complete it with a signature from the customer.

Completing the mission report calculates the total amount to be paid, and this can also be marked as Paid or Partial Payment.

All recorded data is transferred directly to Ergo Mobile Enterprise and stored there in the specified documents such as offers, orders or delivery notes, thereby enabling quick billing of customer service operations.

The APP can be used with Android or IOS devices and requires an active and stable data connection.
