HGS Remote - Digital real-time support at the workplace

Especially for service and repair work on cars, the right information at the right time and in the right place can be decisive. Hella Gutmann customers now receive the new real-time support in 'hands-off mode' directly at their workplace.

You will need the digital glasses and the HGS Remote installed on your PC or tablet. You can manage your support requests, transfer and receive pictures, data and videos and talk to the Hella Gutmann specialist - HGS Remote brings all this directly into your digital data glasses and to your workplace.

The Hella Gutmann technician sees what you see. He can draw directly on real objects and label them during video calls.

Even in offline mode, you can use glasses to quickly take a picture or shoot a video to send it later and exchange it in dialog or group chat. Functions such as scanning QR codes and linking to the mega macs are planned, but not yet available.
