Happy new year friends!

Added a report for the last 30 days. You can now track the status of your activity, sleep and rest parameters.

Added Oura Ring integration (beta). The Lifext application receives data from the Oura Ring cloud, for this in the Profile - Connected apps menu, connect.
Fixed a bug, now the change in the target for the activity is remembered. To set a new goal, on the Today screen, press and hold the Activity indicator.
