QR Supplies

The QR Supplies application allows, through QR codes, to obtain traceability of events created and of the supplies that will be offered during the event. It enables the different administrators to record and manage the consumption of supplies and consult basic information and medical data of those attending the events, by scanning their QR codes. Likewise, users will be able to obtain reports that are generated from the same application for the analysis of their operation.

How to use QR Supplies

When the administrator opens the application, he will find a home screen where he must enter his credentials, when he successfully enters the application, he will find the main screen with two options, event management and attendee management. To view attendee information, you must enter the attendee management option and there you can search for an attendee by name, surname, identification number or search by scanning your QR code and thus you can view basic and medical information of the attendee and event information in the one who will participate To manage events you must enter the event option and there you can create events, assign supplies to the event and manage the supplies during the days that the event lasts; By scanning the QR of the attendees you will be able to count the consumption of the supplies per day that they make and you will be able to download an Excel report where you will see the detail of the consumption that the attendees make during the event.
