In this app I will assess your fitness level and then guide you to choose either a beginner, intermediate or advanced program. I also offer personalized programs tailored to meet your needs based on time commitment and or working around injuries. A questionnaire is also provided to assist in selecting the right program for you. Can't make it to the gym? No problem! Remember, this app is tailored around your fitness needs.
