Defineyou is a 1:1 online fitness coaching platform for women across the world. With this app, you will have the chance to be personally guided by Emilie through your fitness journey and unlock your full potential by becoming a healthier, happier version of yourself.

You will receive custom workout programs tailored to your individual needs, considering your current fitness level, access to equipment, likes / dislikes, etc. The workouts will be easily understood, as each exercise has a full description and a video demonstration, which will ensure that the movements are performed with proper technique. The programs will change every 4-6 weeks, according to your progression.

The defineyou app enables you to keep a food diary and track your meals. You are able to either sync the app with MyFitnessPal, manually add marcos/calories for each meal, or log your meal in the app itself.

You are able to track your activity in the app, or connect to a device like FitBit. There are key features within the app that allows you to keep track of your own progression, where yourself and Emilie can monitor all variables including weight, measurements, energy, sleep, menstrual cycle and more. Because each woman’s needs are individualistic, Emilie will make many modifications to ensure you continually make progress towards your goals.

You have the ability to chat 1:1 with Emilie any time you’d like - you are guaranteed continuous support and encouragement along the way! Emilie will be sure to not only guide you through this journey, but educate as well with video demonstrations and ebooks, written by her, that explain all the fundamentals of fitness and health.
