WHO IS CHASE?

Chase is the founder of Incremental Gains and a highly sought after personal trainer based in Chicago. After successfully completing his own fitness transformation, he's been helping people get in the best shape of their lives and can help you do the same. He's spent hundreds of hours learning from some of the fitness industry’s leading experts and several hundred hours more applying the methodologies to his own training and ultimately the training programs of his clients. He is a firm believer in kaizen, continuous improvement, and never stops learning or upgrading. In his free time he enjoys traveling the world, eating great food, and giving back to society.
